PURCHASE IN AN ELECTRONIC STORE

Your rights related to the processing of personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy section PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISE OF RIGHTS.

Both registered users of the electronic store and website visitors who have not created an account can purchase goods in the Controller's online store in accordance with the conditions of purchase in the electronic store.

Purchase without registration

When making a purchase in the online store, personal data is used to fulfill orders (agreement). In order for us to properly fulfill your order, it is necessary to provide correct personal data at the time of ordering. The manager does not assume any responsibility if, due to the submission of incorrect personal data, your personal data will be disclosed to other persons, you will not receive the ordered goods or you will experience other inconveniences. You will not be compensated for any financial losses you may incur as a result of entering incorrect personal data.

For the purpose of order fulfillment, your personal data will be provided to companies providing goods delivery services, banks through which payment for the purchased goods takes place, as well as to data processors engaged by the Controller.

Order information (name, surname, delivery method, delivery address, etc.) is stored for 2 years from the day of delivery of the product to the buyer. VAT invoices are issued for the purchased goods and, accordingly, the personal data specified in them are stored for 10 years from the date of issuing the VAT invoices.

Registration in the online store

In order to create an e-store account, only an e-mail address must be provided to the Manager. The submission of any other personal data is not necessary to become a registered user of the e-shop.

The website operator also stores the purchase history of registered website users: order number, order submission and fulfillment dates, purchased goods, price of goods, payment method and date, delivery method and date. The purchase history in the e-store account is visible for 2 years from the day of registration in the e-store.

Personal data of persons registered in the electronic store will be provided to companies providing goods delivery services, banks through which payment for purchased goods takes place, as well as to data processors engaged by the Manager.

You can delete your e-shop account at any time by writing a letter to the e-mail address info@mideer.lt. Your account will be canceled (deleted) no later than within 7 working days from the sending of the confirmation email and you will be informed about the deletion of the account by email.

The e-store account and the data in it are stored for 3 years from the last shopping in the e-store. If you do not make a single purchase in the online store within 3 years, your account will be canceled and all personal data in it will be destroyed. You will be notified of the intention to delete your account at least 5 days before the account is deleted.

PROCEDURE OF CLAIMS

Claims regarding the services provided or goods purchased are considered upon submission of a completed application/claim form to the Manager. The personal data provided in the request/claim form is processed for the purpose of examining the submitted claim.

The personal data obtained during the examination of the claim are used for the purposes of settling the claim. If necessary, these personal data may be transferred to the Consumer Rights Protection Service for resolving claims.

Personal data obtained during the examination of claims are stored for 1 year from the date of examination of the claim and submission of the answer to the person who submitted it.

DIRECT MARKETING

Every visitor to the website can order news about current offers of goods sold by the Manager.

The sending of newsletters can be refused at any time by clicking on the refusal link in the newsletter or by submitting a request to the e-mail address info@mideer.lt. If you do not withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, your e-mail address will be included in the list of newsletter recipients for 3 years from the date of subscription to the newsletter.

Business customers are sent offers for the purchase of new phones without their separate consent. Offers are not sent only if, when concluding a contract with the Manager, the business client expressed his disapproval of receiving offers for the purchase of new phones in the future. Business customers can refuse to send offers at any time by replying to the offer or writing a letter to the e-mail address info@mideer.lt .

Personal data processed for the purpose of direct marketing may be transferred to data processors of the Controller.

PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES

All personal data provided by persons wishing to be employed by the Manager's company is processed by the Manager only for the purpose of selecting and recruiting employees, having a legitimate interest in assessing the candidate's suitability for the desired job.

In addition to the data provided by the person who wishes to be employed in the Manager's company, for the purpose of selection and recruitment, the Manager may collect and otherwise process other publicly available candidate data, i.e. search for information on the Internet, check the candidate's social network (for example, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) profiles, etc. The manager may also contact the candidate's former employers listed in the candidate's curriculum vitae (CV) and request information about the candidate's qualifications, professional abilities and subject qualities.

The Manager stores the data about the candidate submitted and independently collected by the candidate participating in the selection for a specific job announced by the Manager for 4 months. from the end of the specific selection of the employee. The term of personal data storage is extended only with the separate consent of the candidate. If the consent to store the candidate's personal data is longer than 4 months. is not received after the end of the selection, after the expiration of this period all personal data of the candidate (both submitted by the candidate and collected by the Manager) are destroyed.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

All persons whose personal data are processed by the Manager must:

If the request is justified, the Manager shall provide you or the data controller designated by you with your personal data in a computer-readable format no later than within 30 days of receiving the request.

Business clients and their representatives, natural persons, in relation to whom direct marketing is carried out without their consent, exercise the right to object by submitting a request to the e-mail address info@mideer.lt.
