Returning the goods

The buyer has the right to refuse the purchase and sale agreement of children's goods with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the 2001 August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication.

The following conditions must be met when returning goods:

- The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;

- The product must be undamaged by the buyer;

-The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels and protective film intact, etc.);

- The returned product must be the same set as the one received by the buyer;

If the packaging of the product is damaged or the product has been visibly used, the money will not be refunded.

If the conditions listed above are met, you should write a free-form request for the return of the product indicating the name and surname, the invoice number, the name and price of the product, the account number where the money should be returned. You must also state that you agree to have a shipping fee deducted from your refund.

You must send this request by e-mail to Once we receive and approve your request. You must send the product via courier to the specified address. The paid amount of money is returned to the Buyer, by transferring the money to the Buyer's account, within 15 calendar days from the Buyer's written notification of the cancellation of the purchase and sale agreement.

Defective goods are returned in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" by the approved rules for the return and exchange of items.

According to the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.362, Part 4, children's goods that are of high quality, but due to specific hygiene requirements (for example, baby bottles, chewing gum, bottles, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
